Set on 25 acres of pristine woodland in Ancram, NY, this modern sanctuary seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings while showcasing the finest in contemporary design.

The Architecture

Working with the renowned team at INC Architecture & Design, Gestalt New York has created a space that challenges traditional notions of upstate living. The home's dramatic 30-foot vaulted ceilings create an almost cathedral-like atmosphere, while expansive windows frame breathtaking views of New Forge State Forest. At 2,285 square feet, the residence strikes a perfect balance between grandeur and intimacy.

The Curation

In curating the interior, founders Adrian Pollack and Karolina Dabo drew from their long-standing relationships with the world's finest design houses to create a space that feels both globally inspired and deeply personal. The furniture selection reflects their commitment to authentic design, featuring pieces from Grazia & Co, Fogia, Mazo, Fasetti, Friends & Founders, Sibast and Ariake among others. Lighting from Lambert et Fils and In Common With adds layers of warmth and sophistication, transforming the space from day to night.
